Tactical deduction • iPhone

Read the room.
Mark the threats.
Clear the mission.

Doodle Ops turns tactical floor plans into hand-drawn deduction puzzles. Read the numbers, commit your threat marks, and use the scanner when the evidence runs thin.

No account. No always-online requirement. Just the mission.

Mission protocol

Four moves. Plenty of ways to be wrong.

The rules are easy to understand. The pressure comes from deciding when the evidence is strong enough to act.

01 — BREACH

Enter the scene

Start at the entry point and work through a floor plan one decision at a time.

02 — READ

Use the numbers

Revealed numbers tell you how many hidden threats are touching that tile. Build the picture from evidence.

03 — MARK

Commit carefully

Push-pin marks turn suspicion into a call. Wrong marks can cost scanner stability, so confidence matters.

04 — CLEAR

Finish the mission

Open safe routes, resolve the uncertain spaces, and clear the scene without stepping into a threat.

Try it: pulse the scanner when the board stops giving you a clean deduction.
Break the deadlock

Deduction first. Scanner second.

The scanner is a limited resource, not a solve button. Use it when the board gives you a genuine ambiguity — and protect its stability by making good calls.

  • Limited scanner stability makes every pulse matter.
  • Wrong threat marks carry consequences.
  • Different layouts force different lines of reasoning.
Field intel

Built like an operations notebook.

Doodle Ops is designed so the interface, theme, and puzzle all feel like the same object — a messy field notebook you keep coming back to.

The notebook has more pages

Version 1 is the first operation.

New operations, mission types, environments and cosmetic breaching styles can expand the same deduction system over time. We’re keeping the first release focused — and leaving room for the notebook to grow.

Quick answers.

The important stuff without a ten-page manual.

What kind of puzzle game is Doodle Ops?

It is a tactical deduction game built around reading numbered floor-plan tiles, marking hidden threats, moving through rooms, and deciding when an uncertain board is worth spending scanner stability on.

So… is this just Minesweeper?

Number-based deduction is part of the DNA, but Doodle Ops builds a different game around it: irregular tactical layouts, mission entry and movement, limited scanning, penalties for bad threat marks, room-by-room progression, and the operations-notebook presentation.

Does it need an internet connection?

The current iPhone build is designed to run from bundled local game files and work offline.

Is the scanner unlimited?

No. Scanner stability is deliberately limited, so the best play is to solve as much as possible from the board before spending a scan.
